Below you will find the list of the top 5 books that I have read that have impacted the way I work as a real estate agent. These books continue to insprie my real estate career and have altered the course of my thinking! Collectively, they have helped me sell 400+ houses in 8 years

1. Defeat Mega Agents - Ryan Fletcher (only book without sample)

This was the first "real estate" book I read when I started my RE business back in 2015. Ryan clearly articulates ways to provide value to your SOI and ways to think differently. His approach is from his background as a professional copywriter. He also has a podcast that kicks ass (also my first podcast). 

2. Confessions of an Advertising Man - David Ogilvy

Ogilvy is the OG of the ad world. His tactics, although dated, are still relevant in today's day and age. My intro to advertising and marketing was this book and I have been a student of the material since! This is a must-read!

3. Contagious - Jonah Berger

Ahh, another great one! In short, why do some products/ads/videos/etc. gain traction and others fall flat? Read this book to find that answer. I need to re-read because there are so many gems in this one. 

4. Who not How - Dan Sullivan

One of my most recent reads and an immediate favorite! Being in the military delegation is near and dear to my heart. This book outlines how to gain back valuable time. 

5. Can’t Hurt Me - David Goggins

LIFE CHANGING! Goggins has the ability to make you want to run an ultra marathon even if you hate running. His story is inspiring and his dedication is second to none. His energy WILL capture you and make you better. Stay hard.

6. BONUS | Content Based Networking - James Carbary

It's not what you know, it's who you know...ever heard that one? Relationships matter, this book provides you with some pretty cool ways to create thriving relationships.
