Shane proved himself, as did his team, to be the best advocate for us. They always provided fair evaluations of homes as we moved to make offers, he had the hard conversations with the sellers and agents on the homes we fell in love with. I fear I failed him and them for not having done this review sooner but as we approach the 1 year anniversary of popping some bubbly in front of our new to us fabulous home; I am staring out the back window of one of the best views a homeowner could ask for and there is no time like the present to right this wrong. There were times that we felt defeated but Shane and Team managed every difficulty with the determination of a solid get it done US Navy Submariner would, his team did the damage control, fought the fire and assembled a working party and go it done.
