Welcome to Kerrington, one of West Viera’s original gated neighborhoods that helped shape the future of the area. With fewer than 140 homes, this community features larger lots, water views, and six cul-de-sacs. Home sizes average ~3,000 sq ft on 0.25–0.35 acre lots. Built between 2016–2019, recent sales average $925K. Enjoy easy access to Publix, the hospital, I-95, and everything Viera has to offer. Like all communities in this area, we’re about 20 minutes to the beach, and an hour to Orlando.
🚨 Trader Joe's may be coming to The Avenue in Viera, Florida. A new permit has been filed for a possible Trader Joe’s—at 2221 Town Center Ave, where Michaels is now at The Avenue. If it goes through, this would be the first-ever Trader Joe’s in Brevard County. This spot has something most Trader Joe’s don’t—plenty of parking. But what’s happening to Michaels? It seems that location is closing… Back in 2019, Eau Gallie tried to bring one in with a community campaign. Funny enough, both me and my videographer made videos about it back then—before we even knew each other. As of now, nothing’s confirmed by Trader Joe’s or the county. But with Topgolf and Dave & Buster’s opening nearby, Viera’s clearly growing fast. What do you think about a Trader Joe’s coming to Brevard County?
We’ve been getting a lot of questions about what’s going in at the corner of Stadium and Addison—right across from the Addison Village Clubhouse—so we stopped by to give you a closer look. What’s being built is a new section of Reeling Park South, and it’s going to mirror the courtyard-style villas you’ve seen in Reeling Park North. These low-maintenance homes by Viera Builders come in two sizes (San Marco and Castillo collections), and they’re perfect if you’re looking for something affordable, centrally located, and easy to care for. We also talk about why these homes make great rentals.
Welcome to Summer Lakes, one of Viera’s most premier gated communities. At the heart of the neighborhood is an 80-acre lake, perfect for kayaking, sailing, paddle boating, or simply enjoying the views. A 1600' long walking path and bridge run through the center, offering peaceful walks and nature views. Located less than an hour from Central Florida’s attractions, Summer Lakes offers both serenity and convenience.
Welcome to Stonecrest, an exclusive gated neighborhood in Melbourne’s Viera community. With fewer than 200 homes, Stonecrest blends luxury, safety, and community. Built by Viera Builders (2018–2022), homes range from 2,000–4,000+ sq ft on spacious 0.25-acre lots, most with water views. Enjoy close proximity to Viera Elementary, shopping at The Avenue & Costco, I-95, and everything else Viera has to offer.
Thinking about living in Viera? Strom Park was the first neighborhood built in West Viera and offers scenic walking trails, water views, and even a splash pad.
