Shane Burgman has earned a reputation as an invaluable real estate asset based on his honesty, professionalism, and expertise. He is well known for his undeterred drive, tenacious work ethic, and warm, compassionate personality with an unwavering commitment to meeting his clients’ goals.
 
Shane served as a U.S. Navy Nuclear Submarine Missile Technician for 10 years and then voluntarily separated under Honorable conditions to pursue his relentless passion for helping people and making a difference in the community. Shane’s background in the Navy enabled him to hone his leadership skills and instilled in him the core values of maintaining high ethical standards and forging genuine connections.
 
Since he moved multiple times while serving in the military, he understands that relocations can cause anxiety. He has also experienced firsthand what it feels like to finally feel at home. That’s how he felt after moving to the Space Coast from Virginia Beach in 2011, and he hasn’t looked back. As a Military Relocation Professional (MRP), he quells the anxiety and provides a seamless relocation process.
 
Shane has built lasting relationships with his loyal clientele, who describe him as dedicated and resourceful. Recognized as a top-producing agent in the county, Shane’s sharp eye for detail, transparent communication and strong negotiation skills give buyers and sellers an unprecedented edge in the dynamic market.
 
Shane’s affinity for the arts embodies his love for the people and the relaxed lifestyle here. He is a devoted family man with a wife and 2 children. In his spare time, he loves to run, take on challenges and come up with arguably some of the most creative videos in real estate!
