Meet Shane Burgman

Shane Burgman has built a reputation on something simple: doing right by people. Before real estate, Shane spent 10 years as a U.S. Navy Nuclear Submarine Missile Technician, separating honorably to pursue his passion for helping people and making a genuine difference in the community. The Navy gave him more than technical discipline. It gave him the leadership instincts, ethical foundation, and ability to stay calm under pressure that define how he works to this day.

Shane knows firsthand what it means to relocate. He moved to the Space Coast from Virginia Beach in 2011, fell in love with this place, and never looked back. As a Military Relocation Professional (MRP), he has a special place in his heart for military families navigating a move and a proven process to make it feel a whole lot less overwhelming.

Over the years, Shane has grown from a solo agent into the leader of a talented, tight-knit team. Outside of work, Shane is a devoted husband and dad to three kids. He runs, cold plunges, and has a well-documented habit of producing some of the most creative real estate videos on the Space Coast.
